Well I just finished uploading some of my oldest acrylic paintings, and I'm excited to see that my work has been seen by 16,000 people at just over a year on dA!  One year ago, I began a series of paintings honoring the Zelda series as a way to teach myself how to paint with Photoshop and a tablet rather than a brush and canvas.  It's been an awesome way to learn digital painting and hopefully fans of the series enjoy the series as much as I do. After a long year of painfully putting off my painting ideas, I'm finally working without the interruptions of school again. Hopefully the LoZ series will be done before September... and it looks like

I don't know if anyone reads these but here goes... I'm all moved in to college again so I should be ready to finish my painting series pretty soon.  Looks like Ocarina of Time is next... but I really should play the game again for a little bit to try and get the feeling of OOT's world into the painting.  I should probably also order much needed wacom pen nibs... So it could be a while before this one's done.  In the meantime I might post more pencil drawings since pencil is kind of my thing.  Paintings are fun and all, but it might be time to get back to the basics for a while.
